We do not have themes for our shows. Give the collectors your very best!

To use the icons, right click on the images and save
in a folder on your computer.

Your Sales Page Content

Minimum amount of bears/buds 6.

Maximum amount of bears/buds 12.

Add 8 more pieces (a total of 20) for an additional fee of $7.00 each.

Unsold bears from previous shows can be the last 3 of your 12.

Show Banner for Your Sales Page

Sample size: 800 pixels

Size it to fit your page. Banner must not be smaller than 600 pixels wide.

on your sales page - place it under the LAST bear shown:

Affiliation Icons

Place one or all of these icons near the bottom of your page.
Show your affiliation to the show.

If you have 3 of your treasures, extra supplies, other artists bears, bear jewelry, bear books, magazines, or antique bears that you'd like to sell during the Winter Stars Online Show, place this banner after your last bear and add one photo, description, price, postage and PayPal button.

This is not mandatory, just a fun way to clean out our 'den'.

Divider Images - Insert between your bear listings

When choosing your own dividers, please look closely

making sure they are not copyrighted images.

PayPal Icons

Remind your collectors that they do not need a PayPal account to pay with their credit cards.

Make sure your inventory is set to ONE item.

Shipping Icons

Use one of the icons where you specify your shipping information

eMail icons

Help your collector contact you by adding one of these email icons
to your page.

Link the icon to your email address.

Adopted Icons

When a bear is adopted, you can insert one of these theme icons
in to your listing, if you wish.

Or design your own 'adopted" icon to compliment your sales page.

Absolute Deadlines

Now and until Jan 15 - Send your Lead bear photo in early to be considered for one of our advertising campaigns.

January 25 - Lead bear photo due on or before.

January 27 - URL link due

February 1 - Page checking begins - your page must be published

February 5 - Show opens at 11 a.m.

Throughout the show, ONLY display your lead bear and only the bears
that you have sold.

Keep the unsold bears under wraps and alluring the collectors back to the show with your sold bears. This system works to generate sales!
